Kristin Price is currently on her OE and as such is not practising. However, Kristin is available as a Research Assistant and can assist our team in this capacity should our clients needs require it.
Kristin Price graduated from Auckland University of Technology with an honours degree in law and a Bachelor of Communications majoring in journalism.
Kristin was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in March 2021, having joined the Edwards Law team as a Law Clerk in June 2019.
Kristin advises and represents clients in a broad range of employment and human resource related matters, including personal grievance claims, restructuring and disciplinary processes, and bullying and harassment investigations. Kristin also represents clients at mediation.
With a real passion for people and the law, Kristin enjoys the unique situations that arise in employment relationships and the strategy involved in reaching a positive outcome for our clients.
An enthusiastic and practical person, Kristin works hard to assist both employee and employer clients and takes pride in providing clear advice on complex legal issues.
A particular highlight for Kristin is completing a secondment in November 2021. Kristin worked with an external organisation to provide its members with pragmatic advice in light of the COVID-19 vaccination mandates. She also presented at a virtual employment law seminar for the organisation during lockdown. An invaluable experience.
Outside of work Kristin enjoys skiing, keeping active (e-bike is the new craze) and trying out new TikTok recipes.
