Blair and the team are available to act/be appointed as mediators to assist in resolving your employment relationship problem.

We regularly attend mediations of all kinds, so we understand that it may be your preference to conduct a mediation at a chosen location. This is entirely up to the parties involved. Commonly, mediations can be set down at the workplace or another third-party location. We can work with your business to try to reach a resolution of any employment dispute.

Our offices in Auckland, Hamilton, and Tauranga have the appropriate facilities to conduct a mediation upon request.
