Health And Safety At Work Act 2015

The Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 requires employers to protect, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety of their workers. Such practice has become increasingly important in recent years. There is more demand than ever to ensure compliance.

We can work with your business to develop workplace health and safety policies and procedures. Clear policies and procedures will ensure that all workers understand their obligations in respect of health and safety. It is incumbent on all workers employed or engaged by an employer or principal to make sure all work is undertaken in a safe manner and to follow all company procedures. For more information, see our Policies tab under HR Advice.
